Boscastle Community & Recreation Centre CIO is inviting contractors to submit quotations for the construction of a new extension to our Community Centre.
Project details
- Location: Boscastle Community & Recreation Centre, Fore Street, Boscastle, Cornwall
- Scope: Construction of a new extension to provide additional storage and archive facilities, including associated internal works, services, and finishes (see RFQ pack for full specification).
- Estimated project value: £[insert amount] (works are expected to be zero-rated for VAT purposes)
- Delivery timeframe: Completion by 31 December 2025

- Please read all documents carefully and return your completed submission by the stated deadline.
- Any clarification questions should be submitted in writing to mail@boscastlecommunitycentre.co.uk and before 29th September 2025 at 4:59pm. Responses will be shared with all bidders to ensure fairness.
