Health and safety risk assessment - extension works

As part of the ongoing Community Centre Extension Project, additional risk assessments have been prepared to manage temporary changes and site safety during construction. These supplementary assessments cover:

• Fire safety and escape routes during the works period.

• Vehicle movements and contractor access in the car park.

• Public safety measures within shared areas of the building.

All regular hirers and bookers are asked to familiarise themselves with these updates alongside the Centre’s existing risk assessments before their bookings. Please note that access and room availability may occasionally be affected while works are in progress.
